Small Loan
Interest Rate: 4.75%
Term: Up to 10 Years
Minimum Equity in Property: 10%
Loan Amounts: $25,000 - $100,000

Church Building Energy & Environmental Program
Interest Rate: 4.25% - 5.375%
Term: 5 – 7 Years
Minimum Equity in Property: 10%
Loan Amounts: $25,000 - $100,000

Church Building Disaster Recovery Program
Interest Rate: 3.25% - 4.75%
Term: 20 – 30 Years
Loan Amounts: $25,000 - $1,000,000
